The United States’ immigration system is complex.  Immigration cases are not only shaped by current regulations, but by regulations past and ever-changing case law.  Sometimes, moving forward in a case requires clients to make difficult decisions.  We cannot, and do not, make these decisions for our clients.  Rather, we walk hand in hand with our clients through the process of determining and assessing the possible risks and benefits of a particular decision.  In this way, we are able to work together to find the best path to reach our clients’ goals.
